By accessing and placing an order with Hair&Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

All products sold by Hair&Co. are brand new. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 We accept secure EFT payments only.
3.2 All orders must be paid in full before processing and dispatch.
3.3 Payment details will be sent to you via email or at checkout
3.4 Hair&Co. reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 24 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Mon-Fri.
4.2 Delivery takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
4.3 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
4.4 A tracking number will be sent via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.
4.5 Hair&Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 STRICTLY NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS.

5.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
5.3 Damaged/Faulty Items:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and proof. We will review and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

6. Promotions

6.1 Promotions such as "BUY ANY 2 WIGS AND GET 10% OFF" are valid while stock lasts and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
